Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.

  • For urban areas, our delivery time frame is 2 - 4 business days.
  • For rural and outer island areas, our delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days.

Please note, we do not offer express shipping and we currently only deliver to New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO boxes, counter deliveries, private mail bags (PMBs) or locked bags.

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us so we can assist you further. 

Carriers

We have partnered with CourierPost to deliver your online orders. The tracking link in your shipment email will take you directly to the CourierPost website.

Click & Collect

We currently do not offer the Click & Collect service in New Zealand.

Partial Shipments

We may ship your order in multiple shipments from different online stores. In this case, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails from us, all containing your separate tracking information.

Delivery Fee Refund

You will receive a full delivery fee refund if the majority of your order is unable to be delivered to you.

  • Technically speaking, a full delivery fee refund is triggered when the value of your items refunded is greater than 50% of your total order value, excluding the delivery fee.

  • Items may be cancelled and refunded if:

  • We could not secure stock to fulfil your order
  • Your item was broken or damaged in transit and you can provide photos of the damage to your products
  • Your package was not delivered successfully and the address information provided was correct
  • If you qualify for a delivery fee refund you will receive an email from us advising of your refund, usually within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
