Online Assessment
After applying, you’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment and video interview designed to help us get to know you - not just your skills, but how you think and work. This is your opportunity to show us who you are, how you communicate, and what matters to you. Throughout the process, we’ll be looking for key capabilities and behaviours that set our graduates up for success at Kmart Group. Hot tip: We know video interviews can feel a little daunting, but the best approach is to be yourself. Try not to rely on a script or Ai – we’re more interested in how you naturally think and communicate, so relax and let your authentic self shine through!
Assessment centre
In this final stage of the process, you’ll be invited to join a group Assessment Centre. Here you’ll get to connect with our people, ask questions, and experience what it’s really like to be part of Kmart Group. You’ll take part in a range of interactive activities, designed to give us an idea about how you think, collaborate and communicate. Just as importantly, it’s a chance for you to learn more about the program and get a real feel for what life as a Kmart Group graduate looks like.
Offer Made
Following the Assessment Centre, successful candidates will receive a verbal offer to join the Kmart Group Graduate Program & begin their journey with us! From there you’ll progress through your pre-employment checks, accept your contract & move through to your online onboarding.
