Need it in time for Mother’s Day?

Click & Collect: Order by midday 11 May to pick up your Click & Collect* order before Mother’s Day. We are only able to offer Click & Collect service to customers. Please make sure you wait for your Ready to Collect SMS, before heading into the store. This will include information about the collection process. Order before 12pm for 4pm collection. Order after 12pm, for next day collection.

How does Click & Collect work?

  • Choose your products online. Add them to your shopping bag. Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout

  • Select your store for pickup. You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order

  • Collect your order in store. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID. Collect from the Service Counter - usually at the back of the store

Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.

We hold your Click & Collect orders for 7 days post your collection notification.

Due to the continued impact of COVID-19 and related team member shortages, our stores are experiencing product availability challenges. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and appreciate your patience as we work hard to minimise the issue.

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?

Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value. We have waived the $3 service fee.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days after you receive your collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

Is there an express Click & Collect?

Currently we do not offer an express service on Click & Collect or home delivery. But sit tight while we continue to add to our offer to improve your customer experience.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

  • A copy of the order collection notification

  • A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf

  • Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Most items are available for Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.

Is Click & Collect available at all stores?

Click & Collect is available at all of our NZ stores.

For a store to show in the checkout, it needs to have all items in your shopping bag available. Therefore you might not see the store you want to collect from in the checkout.

Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?

If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange.

Please note that we have waived the $3 Click & Collect service fee.

Where do I pick up my Click & Collect order?

Pick up your Click & Collect order from the fitting room area. Our friendly team members can direct you to the right place.

What time can I collect my order from store?

Please wait for your confirmation email or SMS prior to visiting the store – normally sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

You can check store opening hours in the checkout when you select a store – just select ‘Store Details’. You can also check store details at any time using the Kmart Store Locator on our website.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?

For Click & Collect, make sure you bring either

  • Your photo ID

  • Your order collection notification (on your phone is fine)
