Tent FAQs
What size tent do I need?
When choosing a tent, consider how many people will be sleeping in it, as well as any extra room you may need for bags, bedding and camping gear. A 2-person tent usually suits one to two people with minimal gear, while families or campers who like more space may want to size up.
How do I set up a tent?
To set up a tent, choose flat, clear ground, laying out the base and securing the poles and pegs as directed. Keep the entrance facing away from strong wind, if you can, and pull the tent sides firm enough to hold its shape without overstretching the fabric.
How do I clean and store a tent?
Clean a tent by shaking out dirt, wiping marks with a damp cloth and letting it dry fully before packing it away. It should be stored loosely in a cool, dry spot to help protect the fabric, poles and waterproof coating.
