Additional Information
  • Instructions:
    • Inflate the balloons and seal the balloons tight
    • Insert the balloons into the larger end of the hole in the transparent garland one by one
    • To secure each balloon into place, slide to the narrow end of the hole
  • Adult supervision is required
  • Do not over inflate latex balloon
  • Use of pump to fill with air is recommended
  • Balloons are best used indoors
  • Do not release helium balloons into the air
