Every day should be full of moments that make you smile, that’s why you can rely on us for low prices on products that brighten your world. We guarantee to match the advertised price on any identical stocked item we sell in-store. Because at Kmart, we believe in low prices for life.

  • Simply visit one of our New Zealand stores and select your product
  • Prior to purchase, take your chosen product, together with proof of the lower priced competitor pricing to the customer service desk to have the price verified
  • If the lower price needs further confirmation, a team member will contact the retail competitor to confirm the advertised price
  • Once verified, you can pay the lower price for your selected product. The purchase must be made at that time and in that store

  • Products that are identical i.e. the same brand, same model and same colour
  • Products that are in stock and available in store at another New Zealand retailer in the required quantities you want to purchase

  • We will match discount offers, e.g. 20% off, for products that meet the above criteria
  • We will match the competitor price after the discount has been applied e.g $10 less 20% discount = $8

  • Catalogue, advert (newspaper or magazine), social media advert, online advert or digital catalogue, competitor website showing instore price, or a customer photo from an eligible competitor store

  • We won’t match online only offers, online retailers, clearance or warehouse outlets
  • Our price match promise excludes iTunes vouchers and gift cards
